Within 30 days of the purchase date of your product, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The customer assumes the cost of shipping to return the item to SuperSpeed Slugger located at 1611 S Utica Ave, Box 317, Tulsa, OK 74104. A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, please contact us at email@example.com or 1-800-261-3796 for a Return Authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to return the merchandise, you must have directly purchased the merchandise from SuperSpeed Slugger or online at www.superspeedslugger.com. Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributer must be returned to that person, entity, or distributer for all return and warranty claims.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
